The following is legally binding and by ticking this box you agree that:

Cancellations made within 48 hours of The Foreshore Market /The Local will result in 50% of your stall fee being non refundable the remaining 50% can be used as a credit within 6 months of the date booking was made.
CANCELLATIONS ON THE DAY OF MARKET WILL FORFEIT ENTIRE MARKET FEE - FEE PAYABLE VIA INVOICE OR WILL BE COLLECTED ON NEXT MARKET DAY.
TOWN SQUARE MARKET BOOKINGS ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND FEES MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO ATTENDING THE MARKET.
A 50% CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED IF EVENT IS CANCELLED BY ORGANISER.
Public Liability Insurance is compulsory and essential for all stallholders. Cover must be at least 10 million dollars or 20 million dollars for any markets run by PMHC.
There are no guarantees of specific stall space within the market. Stalls must trade only within the boundaries of their allocated stall space.
